Chapters are dedicated to different areas of NZ - Wellington, Nelson, Marlborough, Auckland and there are pages focused on particular aspects of homes - e.g. windows and mailboxes. This is a wonderful book, informative and engaging that gives an overview of NZ building and architecture. 

In very good condition with dustjacket, some fading on spine from sunlight. Inscription to previous owner on front page.
